Our weekend at the Bay Resort in Dewey Beach was truly delightful. the resort's location by the bay and proximity to the beach offered a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. the spacious room with a poolside view was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a cozy stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for dining and activities in the area. We enjoyed exploring the outdoor activities at the resort, such as fishing off the private pier and walking along the secluded bayfront beach. the seasonal batting cages and complimentary charcoal grill added to the fun experience. Despite minor dated aspects in the room, the overall value and convenience of the resort exceeded our expectations. Being a lover of live entertainment and cultural experiences, we appreciated the nearby attractions like the Delaware's largest water park, Jungle Jim's, and Woody's Bar and Grill with its award-winning fare and live entertainment. the resort's close proximity to lush state parks, beachside golf courses, and tax-free shopping at Tanger Outlets made it a perfect base for exploring the charming beach town and all it had to offer. In conclusion, the Bay Resort provided us with a memorable and enjoyable weekend getaway. From the warm hospitality to the variety of activities available, it truly felt like an oasis in Delaware. We look forward to returning in the future to create more wonderful memories at this fantastic destination.
